“Always a bridesmaid, never a bride.” Those were the words used to describe Jane Nichols (Katherine Heigl) perfectly. Jane is a personal assistant to her boss George (Edward Burns) and she is madly in love with him. There is one problem though; there’s an unspoken rule in a work place that disallows dating among colleagues, especially with the boss.
